Refund Policy

OVERVIEW

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange. 

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted we will ship out your desired product. The customer will be required to pay the postage fees returning the item/items to Arise- we will then cover the postage costs sending the new item/items to you.

 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start an exchange, you can contact us at arisecollection@outlook.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package; you will be required to pay for return shipping cost. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Faulty Items and issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds and Store credit

Refunds are only given if an item is deemed to be faulty/damaged. We do not provide refunds on items that do not fit / change of mind. Alternatively a store credit or an exchange can be issued upon return of the goods in their original condition. Goods deemed to be faulty will need to be returned to Arise before we can issue a refund. For refunds we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to.

 

Shipping

Arise will not be held accountable for missing parcels if the customer has authorised the courier to leave the parcel without a signature.
